Poster poles becoming eyesores

Remarks: Look up. Look way, way up. At the top of the poles there’s a brass plaque proclaiming posters are cleared away on the 1st and 15th of each month. But there are posters on the Spring Garden Library pole that date back to July. Things have not changed, says Tracy Bennett from the DHBA. Posters are still cleared on the 1st and 15th, depending on the weather. She promises they will never be taken down early, which is nice. But how to explain the posters from July? Invisible force field, plain and simple.
