Dawn Negus, Tribeca bartender, divulges her most Canadian recipe for the Dartmouth Caesar: mix ice, Great White Wine Beverage, soy sauce and ketchup (that's right) in a martini shaker, then pour it into shot glasses. "Although it sounds gross...the real punch line to this joke is that the Dartmouth Caesar doesn't taste gross," writes Negus. More like ketchup chips, actually.

Argyle Bar and Grill
Folks at the Argyle are keeping the class alive with their Canadian Gold martini, only available during the Olympics. "This martini is sweet-tasting, with a cinnamon finish," writes Argyle manager Kateri Slaughter. It'll probably go down smoother than ketchup, and sit as pretty as that shiny gold medal.

Snaubar Lebanese Cuisine
In keeping with the golden hues (gold medals on the mind, anyone?) Snaubar's new Gold Medal-Tini mixes tequila, peach schnapps, triple sec, Sprite, grenadine and tops it off with a garnish of olives. Only available during the Olympics.
