IBM is to have a Global Delevery Centre in Nova Scotia and hire up to 500 employees. One would assume that the jobs would stay in Nova Scotia. However some of the provincial employees that are accepting the IBM offer are infact doing so with a commitment from IBM that they will be relocated out of province.
