Strum some tunes for a good cause
CKDU is looking to put out a CD in order to raise cash for the homeless, and it needs help from low-income and homeless people. In fact, CKDU is looking for homeless artists to perform on the record. Songs should be centred around what the homeless experience is like, while staying positive and informative. And please keep it clean for the kids---no cussing.

If you don't have the vocal chops to carry a tune, no worries. There are other ways to help. CKDU is looking for graphic artists, computer technicians, poets, instrumentalists and songwriters to help put this thing together.

This is a chance for low-income and homeless citizens to show off their creative skills, while working together to give people insight into the homeless experience.

Those interested should call Tarek or Patti C. at 494-6479 or email
