When: Thu., July 25, 7-8:30 p.m. 2019
"Vincent likes to say that they exist at a crossroads. As a Black queer and trans community organizer, educator, and activist, their identities are an inseparable part of the ways in which they interact with the world. Unfortunately, their search for belonging has been inextricably linked to their connections with these identities, and it has been an uphill battle to find a sense of community along the way. Their talk will be a narrative exploration of these and other identities, shedding a light on an ever-evolving quest to find community in 2SLGBTQ+ spaces," organizers offer of this talk.
