Everything you wanted to know about Edward Cornwallis but were afraid to ask: A Jane's Walk

When: Sat., May 6, 10:30 a.m. 2017

A walking tour that shows some of Cornwallis' most notable sites and talks about why the founder of Halifax was here and chose this site—as well as why Indigenous people resisted. The one-hour jaunt departs from Murphy's Cable Wharf and is part of the citizen-led Jane Walks that celebrate community-based city building in memory of urban theorist Jane Jacobs.
