I would like to respond to the hurtful review done by your food critic Liz Feltham. I really enjoyed reading her column and always thought the reviews were truthful and sometimes insightful about the people who run the establishments.
When the staff and I read our review our jaws dropped. That was not a food critique—it was a bashing of my wonderful front counter girls, and the decor that my family and friends all helped me to create. What did I do to deserve that? Why did you let that go to print? It was and felt very personal, and if I pissed off Ms. Feltham in a previous life, perhaps she was not the best person to review the cafe. So thank you for the hurt feelings.
I will no longer be advertising in your paper, and would like to thank all of our very loyal and terrific customers for their support.
