The sweet live music spot reminds us food can be a show, too, as chef Michael Dolente shares his kitchen with guest chef Mark Gray from The Watch that Ends the Night (AKA Dartmouth's mid-century magical cocktail bar that focuses on rum). The two prepare and present an eight course dinner with expertly-paired cocktails and insider info on how the chefs source, prepare and present their dishes.
