Well,Well.I see that Fran is going off the deep end,still trying to pass the buck and blame the situation she is in on everyone but her own actions, Its Hrm fault,the Judges fault,The Grahams fault,The people walking their dog on a lead,on a public highway,the SPCA's fault; I am sure that I missed a few.....However the old saying...."IF it walks and talks like a duck it must be a duck" in other words Fran it is your fault plain and simple and that has been proven in court.
