This Toronto-based trio promises a dance party that'll make Sunday night feel more like a Saturday. Last year was a busy one for the live remix band, which toured in support of both Metric and OK Go and released Almost 39 Minutes, their second mixtape since getting together in 2008. By bringing live keys, drums and turntables into the mix they give a rebirth to the remixes you're used to hearing, still sampling favourites that get your feet moving but adding their own flavour. So far, Keys N' Krates have spent 2011 on the road, travelling the US and Canada in support of their release and post-Halifax they'll be going southward, heading to Austin to make 'em dance at South by Southwest.

Sunday March 13, The Paragon Theatre, 2037 Gottingen Street, 10pm, $12/18
