There have been accidents all over the city lately. People do need to slow down. If you get in an accident, your not getting anywhere faster.

Try green fennel seeds. Just about a half a tea spoon after each meal. They are really cheap and have anti viral properties. They taste like black licorice so not great...unless you like that. They are high in magnesium so if you have too much you might be running to the bathroom. Good luck :-)
