Luke Hansen-MacDonald launches Fly By Shooting

Luke Hansen-MacDonald is a director, cinematographer and editor who's shot videos for Juno-nominated rapper Classified as well as Quake's "Just Got Home." Hansen-MacDonald is in the midst of a cross-Canada video tour, providing his talent and experience to new artists who couldn't generally afford an established video director.

"Essentially, I will be shooting 10 music videos in four weeks with minimal to no crew," explains Hansen-MacDonald in an email. "The videos will all be $500 total budget, which allows for me to select artists by their abilities rather than their pocket books."

He's now on the tour, travelling through Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, shooting videos for musicians in genres as widespread as hip-hop to country. "All in all it will be a wild ride."
