Lunch & Learn: Nutrition

Jessie Doyle, co-founder and head chef of Fruition, is hosting a lunch-time learning session about the basics of nutrition and how to best navigate the Farmer’s Market to fulfill your nutritional needs. The workshop will detail the benefits of local, organic and raw foods, and explain which market foods you should be eating more of (and which ones to avoid).
