The money HRM wastes in an unchallenged way is criminal. Has anyone on council heard of planning? ARE THEY ACCOUNTABLE TO ANYONE? Certainly not the taxpayer

If this is the best that HWC and HRM can do then they haven't tried hard enough. This insanity has got to stop- No! The tax payers should not pay one cent- let the developer or the people that are going to live there!!!! The HWC has got to go....they have carte blanc when it comes to doing whatever they want...no problems here- the tax payers foot the bill....if this is the trend then a committee of tax payers should run HWC...they might be a little more conscientious of the $$$$ instead of thinking everything is s free for all....wait...but isn't it???The tax payers have no say...council are just puppets as has been pointed out above.
