Patchwork: Snug CD Release, Psylozen, Justincredible, The Dartmouthian

When: Thu., March 18, 9:30 p.m. 2010

Adam McLellan is quilting a show that both showcases electronic music and bridges the gap between DJ, club and live music nights. "The goal with Patchwork is to bring all of this stuff together---programmed in such a way that everything on a given night is 'compatible' and flows well," says McLellan. "It won't matter if it's deejayed or live---the common thread is that it will be electronic/dance music in some way, shape or form." This first Patchwork night includes Snug (McLellan's project) and its Time Travel CD release, Psylozen, bringing psychedelia to the table, The Dartmouthian, representing both Dartmouth and a wide range of production, and Justincredible, rooted in funky house with progressive and tech house stylings. Look out for more Patchwork shows in the near future. –Holly Gordon
