Now this is prime real estate: the Waterfront Development Corporation is currently looking to fill about 13 kiosks in the Queen's Wharf area of the Halifax boardwalk. The call-out welcomes food, service and product retailers to submit their proposals for the opportunity to win a three-year term that'd kick into gear next spring. In their release, the WDC promises the Queen's Wharf Market will boast, new flowerbeds, walkways and customer seating areas, plus they plan on "expanding features such as new marine infrastructure and free public Wi-Fi." That's on top of the pretty reliable foot traffic from both locals and tourists that area sees in the summer months.

Interested? You've got until December 14 to submit your brilliant ideas for consideration. There's plenty more information available at for your perusal.
