The Halifax North Memorial Library screens the second film of Penelope Spheeris’ cult trilogy, The Decline of Western Civilization, in conjunction with Poptober. The doc is a tripped-out thrill ride through the Los Angeles metal scene in the late '80s, with appearances by Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Kiss, Megadeth, Motörhead and even Ozzy Osbourne.
