The Pearl Jam

When: Thu., Sept. 28, 7-9:30 p.m. 2017

The kick-off to the year's Halifax Oyster Festival, the Pearl Jam sees some of the city's brightest culinary stars (think Stillwell's Joe Martin and Brooklyn Warehouse's Stephanie Oglivie) create a menu showcasing some of the world's best bivalves. Eat, listen and learn from the chefs themselves—all over expertly-paired cocktails—at this limited-ticket event. Oh, and sealing the deal for hardcore foodies? Toronto restauranteur John Bil and Canadian Shucking Champion Eamon Clark play host. Held at 1521 Salter Street.
