The PEACE EAST festival is six years old this weekend, and organizers Chris Enns and Sherri Reeve-Enns are hoping you’ll check it out. Tonight Octopi Entertainment presents an evening with Kestrels, the Halifax hometown boys currently on a cross-Canada tour in support of their latest EP, The Moon Is Shining Our Way. The indie-pop trio puts on a killer show, pairing presence with skill perfectly. As Kestrels’ star rises, I suggest seeing them now so you can say “I saw them when.”
